Deploy Mechanism

  • Flutter web build → S3 upload via GitHub Actions
  • Mobile builds: manual app store builds and releases
  • Staging: app.staging.pangea.chat (S3 + CloudFront)
  • Production: app.pangea.chat (S3 + CloudFront)
