## Deploy Mechanism

- Flutter web build → S3 upload via GitHub Actions
- Mobile builds: manual app store builds and releases
- Staging: app.staging.pangea.chat (S3 + CloudFront)
- Production: app.pangea.chat (S3 + CloudFront)
